Senior Contracts Manager

Role: Senior Contracts Manager
Position: Full-Time
Reporting to: Managing Director

Updated Duties:

  • Oversee contract administration, ensuring compliance with Irish construction regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders, including clients, design teams, local authorities, and subcontractors, to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Lead project teams across multiple sites, providing clear direction, resolving conflicts, and ensuring high performance.
  • Implement and maintain robust quality assurance procedures, ensuring project outcomes meet company and client expectations.
  • Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.

Location: Dublin/Wicklow Region
Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in delivering residential/commercial construction projects in Ireland.

Project Manager

Role: Project Manager
Position: Full-Time
Reporting to: Managing Director/Contracts Manager

Updated Duties:

  • Manage all on-site operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and design teams to communicate progress, address issues, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Review project progress and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Oversee procurement and materials management, ensuring timely availability and compliance with specifications.
  • Direct and supervise the Site Engineer and Site Manager to ensure smooth workflow and project coordination.
  • Identify and resolve construction-related challenges and implement solutions effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards in line with Irish construction regulations.

Location: Dublin/Wicklow Region
Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing residential/commercial construction projects in Ireland.

Site Manager (x2)

Role: Site Manager
Position: Full-Time
Reporting to: Managing Director

Updated Duties:

  • Take full responsibility for on-site activities, ensuring adherence to programme schedules and quality standards.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including subcontractor coordination, material deliveries, and site logistics.
  • Act as the primary point of contact on-site, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Conduct progress reviews and ensure accurate reporting to the Contracts/Project Manager.
  • Manage site safety, conducting toolbox talks and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Site Engineer to verify the quality and accuracy of works, ensuring timely resolution of defects or non-compliance issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive site records and ensure documentation is up to date in Procore.

Location: Dublin/Wicklow Region + Waterford/South East Region

Engineer

Role: Engineer
Position: Full-Time
Reporting to: Managing Director

Updated Duties:

  • Manage and coordinate all on-site engineering activities, ensuring works comply with design specifications and industry standards.
  • Ensure Quality Assurance compliance, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Liaise with design teams, contractors, and site staff to resolve technical issues and clarify requirements.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and verify works against design specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with statutory and company standards for health, safety, and the environment.
  • Provide technical support to the site team, ensuring accurate implementation of project designs.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to project timelines, identifying and resolving potential delays.

Location: Dublin/Wicklow Region + Waterford/South East Region
Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in engineering roles for residential/commercial construction projects in Ireland.

Quantity Surveyor

Role: Quantity Surveyor

Position: Full Time

Reporting to: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Duties: Various quantity surveying duties and management of subcontractors, materials management, quality management, resource management and general administration, including subcontractors, accounts and payments.

Location: Greater Dublin Region/Waterford

Experience: Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying in the main contracting and/or residential sector and be available to work in the Greater Dublin Region/Waterford
