ClearyDoyle delighted to report that our Homeville Residential Project on Old Knocklyon Road for South Dublin County Council is now nearing completion.
This high-quality development comprises 16 new residential units, designed and built to provide much-needed, energy-efficient homes in one of South Dublin’s most established residential areas. The project is being delivered to the highest standards of workmanship and compliance, and we are proud of the excellent progress made by all involved.
As we enter the final stages, the homes are being finished with care and precision to ensure readiness for occupation in the near future.
Delivered in collaboration with a trusted and professional design team:
· Client: South Dublin County Council
· Architect / ER / PSDP / Assigned Certifier: van Dijk Architects
· Civil / Structural Engineers: DCE IRL
· Quantity Surveyor: McGahon Surveyors
· Building Services Engineer: Bernard Smith Consulting Engineers
Our thanks go to the full project team and site personnel for their consistent commitment to excellence and collaboration throughout. We look forward to handing over this scheme and contributing to the continued delivery of high-quality public housing across the region.
