ClearyDoyle was proud to support the Construction Industry Federation (CIF) South East Branch in a recent school engagement initiative at St Paul’s Community College, Waterford, in collaboration with Tom O’Brien Construction Ltd.

The visit aimed to showcase the diverse career opportunities available in the construction industry and inspire students to consider future roles in the built environment. Representing ClearyDoyle on the day, Daniel Nichol, Contracts Manager, delivered a presentation sharing his career journey and insights into the planning, quality, and teamwork required to deliver successful projects.

This initiative reflects the CIF’s commitment to bridging the gap between education and industry. It also aligns closely with ClearyDoyle’s ongoing efforts to invest in talent and promote construction as a dynamic, rewarding career.

We thank the staff and students of St. Paul’s Community College for their warm welcome, our colleagues at Tom O’Brien Construction for their collaboration, and the CIF South East Branch for leading this important outreach programme.
At ClearyDoyle, we are proud to play a role in shaping the future of our industry—one conversation at a time.
