ClearyDoyle hands over Merrymeeting Design & Build residential development to Wicklow County Council

Completion Date: Auguat 2024 ClearyDoyle recently handed over the Merrymeeting housing development in Rathnew, Co Wicklow, to Wicklow County Council.

This project, delivered under a Design and Build contract, involved the development of 21 A2BER-rated housing units.

Comprehensive site services were also provided, ensuring the development is fully equipped with all utilities and services as well as adequate on-street parking points, including accessible parking spaces. The project included the implementation of both hard and soft landscaping, which enhanced the overall aesthetics and functionality of the area. Hard landscaping included the construction of pathways, driveways, walls and other paved surfaces, while soft landscaping introduced green spaces, planting, and other natural features. This project continues ClearyDoyle’s partnership with Wicklow County Council, the project team and our supply chain of successfully delivering much-needed local social housing, providing high-quality homes in an attractive and well-serviced environment.
