The project includes the first of two phases of a Health Sciences Building to provide teaching facilities for the healthcare sector. The building is three storeys over part basement. The following accommodation will be provided:- Double Height Lecture Theatre, Faculty Office, Classrooms, Teaching Skills Laboratories, Library, Double Height Gymnasium, X-Ray Rooms, Seminar Rooms, Computer Laboratories and ancillary areas which include toilet cores, reception, coffee shop, file storage.
