Construction of new Day Care Centre and
Education Centre. The frame was constructed of
structural steel with part insitu concrete and all
floors were precast. Incorporated in the project were
copper and Trocal roofs in addition to traditional roof
tiles. External facade included Portland Stone, facing
brick and timber cladding. Flooring used included high
quality vinyl finish, hard tiling and carpet in selected
areas.
