Construction of 2 Storey visitor centre comprising of a tea room, lecture room, information area, kitchen, stores and toilet to ground floor. This development will include car park facilities, lecture facilities for 150 seats, gallery balcony area and restaurant. Reinforced concrete foundations with reinforced concrete slab. Reinforced concrete columns, reinforced concrete stair walls and lift. Precast concrete stepped auditorium slab units. Cavity wall construction comprising block work inner and outer leaf in parts in addition to brick outer leaf in parts. Flat built up roof system with specialist curved ceiling to first floor roof. Natural stone, marmoleum, tiled and woodblock floor finishes.
